Meet Eddie Cason, a Class A Licensed Contractor in Williamsburg VA

I established Cason Custom Homes LLC in 1991 and have served the James City County and Williamsburg VA area as a custom home and new construction builder ever since. 

As a home builder I have many happy clients who welcome the chance to show the new homes I built for them to my prospective clients.

Since I limit myself to only four client custom homes under construction at any given time in the Williamsburg VA area, I am able to give my clients one-on-one attention. I know how busy homeowners are, and am available seven days a week to meet with my clients.

I do not have supervisors and coordinate everything myself.  I am on the new construction jobsite almost every day.  My clients get the benefit of a Class A Licensed Contractor overseeing the building of their new home, which keeps the cost down and the quality high.  For the highest quality home, homeowners should always ask who would supervise the construction of their new home and if they are a Class A Licensed Contractor.

I take pride in completing my client’s punch-out list within 30-45 days after a Certificate of Occupancy is issued for their new home.  My clients keep a portion of our fee until the punch-out list of the new construction is completed. 

Even after the one-year warranty runs out, I assist clients with any service they might need for their new home, allowing them to work directly with my contractors and suppliers at my cost, with no additional charge from me.
