I take pride in completing my client’s punch-out list within 30-45 days after a Certificate of Occupancy is issued for their new home. My clients keep a portion of our fee until the punch-out list of the new construction is completed.
Even after the one-year warranty runs out, I assist clients with any service they might need for their new home, allowing them to work directly with my contractors and suppliers at my cost, with no additional charge from me.
